Account details (name, email, phone, password); profile information; host listing details (property, rooms, beds, pricing, house rules, and photos); tenant application details (such as employment, income, desired move-in dates, and emergency contact); and messages or support requests you send.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction data such as amounts, status, and the last four digits of a card.
• Identity verification. Identity checks are performed by our verification provider, Didit, which may collect government ID documents and related data on our behalf.
• Automatically collected data. Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Operate and provide the platform, including listings, applications, leases, rent collection, and messaging.
• Verify identity and help detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Process payments and host payouts.
• Communicate with you, including transactional emails, support, and important notices.
• Maintain, improve, and secure the platform.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• Between users. Hosts and tenants share the information needed to evaluate and manage a stay. For example, a tenant's application details are shared with the relevant host.
• Service providers. Vendors that process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Didit (identity verification), Google (AI features), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (hosting and database).
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the platform and its users.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some features use artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini), including the Help Assistant and the optional AI Concierge. When these features are used, relevant content — such as your questions or messages — is processed to generate responses. AI outputs may be imperfect and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the platform works.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We operate in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
