You set the rent. renta bed takes a 10% Host fee from each month's rent, and you keep 90%. What you earn depends on your rent and how many months your room is booked.

Set up your room
Add your photos, your rent and your house rules. Set the rent to cover electricity, water, security and waste, because those are always in it.

Get checked
Confirm it's you with your NIN and a live face check, and show one rent payment from your own bank account. You'll also write a short note about yourself for Guests.

Say yes to your Guest
You have 12 hours to answer each request. After your yes, your Guest has 48 hours to pay, so their first month is paid before they arrive.

Meet your Guest, hand over the keys and both confirm the move-in in the app. You're paid when each month of the stay ends.
Quick answers
When exactly do I get paid?
On the day each month of the stay ends, once your Guest has paid and moved in and nothing is disputed. We send it by bank transfer to the account in your name, and banks usually show it the same day.
Does the Guest's fee come out of my share?
No. Your 10% Host fee only comes out of rent a Guest has actually paid. Guests pay their own 10% Guest fee on top of the rent.
Can I ask for a deposit, or for rent in cash?
No. There's no deposit or extra fee on renta bed, and all rent goes through renta bed. Asking for money outside it breaks our Terms and is always flagged.
I own my home. Can I host?
renta bed is built for people who rent their flat and live in it. If that's not you, you can still join the waitlist as a Guest.
